This summer, one of our teen members was working through our Summer Youth Employment program and was struggling with transportation to get to work. Thanks to the generosity of Joe and Kathy Madrigrano Jr. who donated a bike to him, he was able to make it to work every day on time and was offered a job after the Summer Youth Employment program ended.
His mother reached out to thank us and the Madrigrano’s for the bicycle stating that she would not have been able to afford to purchase one for him and that she wants us to continue doing amazing work by helping out kids in the community.
We couldn’t be more thankful to the Madrigrano’s for helping us give to our members and we are so very grateful for all of the support that allows us to make impacts like this every day.
