We currently provide program services, including our very popular youth sports leagues, to over 15,800 youth in our community.
The Boys & Girls Club helps youth develop positive emotional behavior and attitudes and supervises youth through wholesome, constructive activities in health, physical, educational, social, vocational and small group programs under professionally trained staff.

Refund Request Form
All refund requests must be done by filling out the form below and turned in to the front desk of the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. The front desk staff will make a copy of the form for your records and keep the original.
Please Note: Once a request has been made it will be reviewed to determine if the fees will be refunded. You may be contacted if further information is required. Refunds will take 2-3 weeks to be processed at which time a check will be mailed to the address you have provided. All refunds are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
