Thanks to our amazing board member, Danny Carlson, and Grow Space Vertical Farms, our youth center now has its very own vertical farming unit! 🥬✨ Our youth have been hard at work learning how to grow, nurture, and harvest their own food—and the results are incredible!
They’ve shared their fresh harvest with our talented chef, Erica, who has incorporated the homegrown ingredients into delicious meals served at dinner. 🍴👩‍🍳 Watching their hard work come full circle has been an inspiring and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
