Tara Panasewicz Named CEO of Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha

Panasewicz to Transition from United Way to BGCK On February 1st

Kenosha, WI – January 18, 2021 – After a nationwide search, Tara Panasewicz has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. Panasewicz has been the CEO of United Way of Kenosha County for the past four years and will begin her role at the BGCK on February 1st, 2021.

Panasewicz has a decade of experience in community relations and is known for giving back. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, Tara resides there with her daughter who attends Concordia University. Prior to serving as the CEO of United Way of Kenosha County, she served as Vice President of Southport Bank and also spent 14 years at Johnson Financial Group.

Throughout her career she has served on the Board of Directors for Lakeside Curative Services, Band of Blue, Racine Founders Rotary, Racine YMCA and Family Service of Racine. She is also involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Racine and Kenosha Counties and Building Our Future.

“I’m blessed to be offered this opportunity, knowing how many area youth are impacted by the Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission,” said Panasewicz. “The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha is fundamental to the community and I am so excited to work with our board, donors, staff, stakeholders and the community to further improve upon our offerings.”
