YIN YANG DO KARATE
This is dedicated to the study of Shorei Kempo Karate, which is an eclectic art combining Okinawan, Japanese and Chinese elements of the martial arts. This class will be dedicated to providing self-confidence, self-discipline, coordination ,physical and mental conditioning and self-respect. It will also teach proper body mechanics. In addition, various forms of self-defense will be taught such as kata (prearranged forms), blocking, striking techniques and the proper way to fall.
Karate classes begin Thursday, January 12. The classes will run in 8 week ongoing cycles.
BEGINNERS
Thursdays • 6:00pm – 7:00pm (For ages 8 and up)
ADVANCED

Thursdays • 7:00pm – 8:00pm
COST*
$50 per person for each 8 week session.
Family Program Cost (two or more members from the same family) is $75.
This includes two or more participants whether adult or child.

VICTORY MARTIAL ARTS
Tae Kwon Do loosely translated means the art of kicking and punching. In this high energy class students will learn proper techniques such as blocks, kicks, punches and open hand strikes used in self-defense. Not only will this be a great workout but Tae Kwon Do also develops the mind and spirit.
Tae Kwon Do Classes begin Monday, January 16th. The classes will run in 8 week ongoing cycles.
FAMILY TINY TIGER CLASS
Mondays • 5:00pm – 5:30pm (Ages 2 – 5)
Can participate with or without parent
BASIC YOUTH CLASS
Mondays • 5:30pm – 7:00pm (Ages 6 & up)

$65 per person for each 8 week session.

*Each child who participates in Yin Yang Do Karate and Victory Martial Arts (Basic Youth and Family) classes must become a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha (ages 6-18). The cost for the annual membership is $15 per child or $25 for family of 2 or more.
